Obituary Post – Mike Lole

It is with great sadness that we bring news on the death of one of our long standing members, Mike Lole.

Mike sadly passed away on Sunday 21 May, having succumbed to prostate cancer.

Mike has been a member for many years and used to just love his involvement in rugby as a referee and will be sorely missed by many across the Society.

Details of the funeral arrangements are yet to be confirmed, probably beginning of July, but his wife has told us “He wanted ‘a do’ which involved beer, pies, cheese and no salad!”

We will update funeral arrangements in due course once known.
