Wellbeing and Welfare Support

Have you had a difficult game?

Are you struggling with recovery from an injury?

Have you been the subject of Match Official Abuse?

Is something outside of the game on your mind?

As part of the Society’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that we have a strong and resilient rugby community throughout our membership, the Board has recognised that there may be times when you may like to talk things through or get a different perspective on an incident or a concern.

To support everyone in the Society we have brought together volunteers from across the membership who have agreed to be that first point of contact should you wish to talk to someone – you can find their contact details below. This isn’t about providing counselling or therapy but offering a safe space to have a chat.

It is important to remember that you are not alone.
