Do those ‘excellent resources’ include a hard-copy law book?
An interesting point. No is the simple answer its all about using World Rugby’s app. We are looking to see if there is interest for a hard copy. Problem is we buy x number of copies and the Laws get changed.
Your thoughts would be appreciated e.g. would you renew after Law changes?
