Looking for a way to stay in the game after refereeing or maybe you want to help develop officiating across the society? Well we have a key role for you being one of our Developers / Watchers.

Reviewer/Developers used to be known as Referee Assessors or Watchers. They play a vital role in the continuing development of young and aspirational referees who want to advance up the grades.  This season we are undertaking a recruitment drive to appoint more Developers to more games, so that more referees get the opportunity to further their careers.  Developers receive a free Society fleece, and the same full membership to the Society as active referees.
