North Midlands Society of Rugby Football Referees: Est. 1920
Looking for a way to stay involved in rugby after stepping away from active refereeing? Or perhaps you’d like to help support and develop the next generation of match officials?
As a Match Official Developer, you’ll play an important role in helping referees improve their skills, build confidence and progress through the refereeing pathway.
Developers (previously known as Referee Assessors or Watchers) provide observation, coaching and feedback to referees across the Society. Their support is invaluable in helping officials develop at every stage of their refereeing journey.
As part of our commitment to referee development, we are looking to expand our team of Developers and increase the support available to referees throughout the season.
If you’re interested in becoming a Match Official Developer, complete the form below and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss the role further.
