Match officials should refer to the guidance available via Community Rugby Help. Please use the online guidance rather than downloading or saving a copy, as it may be updated over the coming weeks.
When your fixture is confirmed by the club, please ensure that the club shares its Risk Assessment with you. You are not responsible for assessing or approving the Risk Assessment; you are simply required to have sight of it.
If you have not received it before the match, please inform the Society. This is not, in itself, a reason for the match to be postponed.
On match day, you should attend as normal and make the usual assessment of the actual playing conditions and pitch safety on arrival following the guidance in the link.
